Brittny Bottorff is an attorney, mediator, and workplace investigator dedicated to transforming workplace conflict into opportunities for clarity, growth, and restored trust. With a background as an employment law litigator and extensive experience conducting impartial workplace investigations, Brittny brings a nuanced understanding of both legal frameworks and human dynamics to her mediation practice.

She works with individuals, teams, and organizations to resolve interpersonal tensions, leadership breakdowns, and team conflicts through structured dialogue, conflict coaching, and collaborative problem-solving. Her approach fosters healthier workplace relationships and sustainable, legally sound outcomes.

Brittny also leads trainings on workplace civility, conflict resolution, and effective communication. She has partnered with businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions to build cultures of accountability, empathy, and professionalism. Her facilitation style is grounded, engaging, and informed by years of hands-on experience navigating sensitive workplace issues.

A respected leader in the dispute resolution field, Brittny has served on the Board of Directors and now sits on the Advisory Board of Community Boards, one of the country’s oldest community mediation programs. She has also served as faculty for the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI), including their Investigations Basics Seminar and flagship Training Institute.

Brittny earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law and holds a summa cum laude B.A. from Baylor University, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
